JPY: BoJ akan Menaikkan Suku Bunga – ING

USD/JPY sedikit melemah pagi ini saat Gubernur Bank of Japan (BOJ) Toyoaki Nakamura mengatakan bahwa ia tidak menolak kenaikan suku bunga. Yen Jepang (JPY) berkinerja baik dalam pasangan-pasangan yang tidak mencakup Dolar AS karena prospek kenaikan suku bunga BoJ bertentangan dengan pelonggaran moneter yang sedang berlangsung di negara-negara lain di G10, catat Chris Turner, analis valas di ING.

Pelemahan USD Paling Terlihat di USD/JPY

"Ini menyusul banyak osilasi pasar mengenai apakah BoJ akan melakukan kenaikan suku bunga bulan ini. Kami rasa hal tersebut akan terjadi dan data upah Jepang bulan Oktober besok akan mendukung prediksi tersebut."

"Yen berkinerja baik dalam pasangan-pasangan yang tidak mencakup USD karena prospek kenaikan suku bunga BoJ bertentangan dengan pelonggaran moneter yang sedang berlangsung di negara-negara lain di G10. Peristiwa-peristiwa minggu ini di Korea juga telah menambah aksi beli safe-haven yen. Kami bullish terhadap Dolar, namun jika data NFP AS besok mengecewakan, pelemahan Dolar akan paling terlihat pada USD/JPY."
