GBP: Pasar Mengantisipasi Keputusan Tahan BoE Kamis – Scotiabank

Pound Sterling (GBP) mempertahankan nada yang kuat. Para investor menantikan keputusan kebijakan BoE minggu ini dan mengharapkan untuk tetap tidak berubah di tengah tren harga Inggris yang masih membandel, catat Kepala Ahli Strategi Valas Scotiabank, Shaun Osborne. 

GBP lebih kuat pada hari ini

"Keputusan terpisah mungkin saja terjadi, tetapi penetapan pasar dengan tegas berada di pihak tidak ada perubahan di tengah pesan yang jelas dari para pengambil kebijakan senior bahwa penyesuaian kebijakan yang lambat dan hati-hati kemungkinan besar akan terjadi ke depan."

"GBP telah membentuk konsolidasi yang berjalan sedikit di bawah level 1,30 selama seminggu terakhir. Dorongan pound yang lebih tinggi sejauh ini hari ini menunjukkan bahwa pengujian kembali terhadap level tertinggi 1,2990 minggu lalu sedang berkembang menjelang dorongan ke puncak "nyata" dari kisaran saat ini di 1,3035.
