GBP mengikuti nada yang lebih luas di USD untuk mendapatkan kembali 1,30+ – Scotiabank

Pound Sterling (GBP) mempertahankan nada yang kuat terhadap USD, mencapai level 1,30 untuk pertama kalinya sejak November sebelum sedikit melambat, catat Kepala Ahli Strategi Valas Scotiabank, Shaun Osborne. 

Sinyal Momentum Tren yang Solid di Berbagai Kerangka Waktu

"Sekali lagi, kenaikan GBP mencerminkan tren yang lebih luas di USD, daripada perkembangan spesifik Inggris. Pasar mengantisipasi risiko pelonggaran BoE yang sedikit lebih rendah selama sisa tahun ini (sekitar 50 bp) dibandingkan dengan Fed (sekitar 60 bp pelonggaran yang diperkirakan saat ini) menjelang keputusan kebijakan minggu ini dari kedua bank sentral." 

"GBP telah membuat kemajuan teknis yang marginal selama 24 jam terakhir tetapi pergerakan naik tetap didukung dengan baik dari sudut pandang teknis (sinyal momentum tren yang solid di berbagai kerangka waktu) dan hanya ada resistance minor di depan (1,3045/50) sebelum dorongan untuk menguji area rendah 1,31 (resistance retracement di 1,3120). Support di 1,2925."
