FXStreet - Brian Daingerfield, FX Trading Strategist di RBS menjelaskan bahwa di AS, inflasi IHK untuk Agustus akan dirilis dan rilis indikator inflasi final menjelang keputusan suku September Fed pada Jumat dini hari.

"Bahkan kenaikan dalam tingkat inflasi inti 0,14% tidak bulat, yang lebih rendah dari rata-rata semester pertama tahun ini, akan cukup untuk mendorong tingkat IHK inti naik ke 1,9% tahunan. Yang pasti, deflator PCE, ukuran inflasi yang lebih disukai Fed, masih jauh di bawah target dan belum menunjukkan tanda-tanda kemajuan.

Sebuah kenaikan di tingkat IHK inti akan menambah kesenjangan antara tingkat pertumbuhan tahunan dua ukuran inflasi tersebut, yang sudah pada tingkat tertinggi sejak 2009."
