Penjualan Ritel Inggris Turun 0,1% Bulanan Di Oktober vs Perkiraan +0,2%, GBP Surut Dari Puncak

  • Penjualan ritel Inggris turun 0,1% bulanan di Oktober.
  • Penjualan ritel inti turun 0,3% bulanan selama bulan yang dilaporkan.

Penjualan ritel utama Inggris menunjukkan penurunan tak terduga 0,1% di Oktober dibandingkan dengan perkiraan pertumbuhan 0,2% dan pembacaan datar yang dicatat pada bulan sebelumnya. Sementara itu, penjualan ritel inti, tidak termasuk penjualan bahan bakar mobil motor, juga turun 0,3% bulanan dibandingkan dengan estimasi konsensus pertumbuhan 0,2% dan sebelumnya.
 
Pada basis tahunan, penjualan ritel Inggris naik 3,1% di Oktober dibandingkan perkiraan pertumbuhan 3,7% sementara penjualan ritel inti juga naik 2,7% pada bulan yang dilaporkan versus +2,9% sebelumnya dan perkiraan +3,4%.

GBP/USD turun dari puncak

Data suram memberikan beberapa tekanan kepada pound Inggris, dengan pasangan GBP/USD memangkas sebagian dari kenaikan sebelumnya dan dengan cepat mundur sekitar 15 pips dari puncak harian ke saat ini diperdagangkan sekitar pertengahan 1,28.
