US Treasury Sec Mnuchin is in a meeting with the Russian ambassador to US - Reuters

Reuters reports that while in a meeting with the Russian ambassador to the US, US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin "emphasized the importance of orderly energy markets". 

This follows the news that prices have suffered their biggest daily rout since the 1991 Gulf War on Monday while top producers Russia and Saudi Arabia have entered into a price war amid weak demand prompted by the spread of the coronavirus.
